Does Bart cause scarring at site of entry?

I feel like I read somewhere a while ago that it does. I'm trying to put the puzzle pieces together on where and when I got Lyme and Co. about 8 or so years ago I did indeed get scratched by my friend's cat and the wound took a while to heal and to this day I still have an exaggerated scar on my hand (the cut was very shallow). I've been scratched by a lot of cats (I have to handle some pretty vicious cats at work, I always wear leather gloves now) before so I could have gotten it in a lot of those instances but they never left a scar at all. My symptoms did seem to start around 8 years ago so this makes sense. I have had a bullseye rash as well, although I never saw the tick. So my theory is that I got Bart from the cat and that I got Borrelia and whatever else from the tick, maybe reinfected with Bart as well from the tick. As far as I know at this point is that I for sure have BB and candida and that it is highly likely that I have Bart (clinically speaking).

From what I've read, it's the Rickettsia infections that leave what is known as an 'eschar' at times. I didn't get one, but many do. The Rickettsia infections are the ones that have Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, and there's not a lot of information on these, but they are fairly common part of Lyme and company.

Easy scarring can just be from the break down of the skin structure from Lyme. I had that for a very long time. It's somewhat better now.
