So sorry to hear of your issues, Mike!
I totally agree with Trav that you are herxing (I, too, never felt "sick" when herxing. Instead, my symptoms would ramp up - either in intensity or number or both)
And, I agree with her recommendations to significantly cut back on your herbs until the herx settles down.
However, once you're able to slowly re-start the herbs, please know that both Buhner (and the Buhner-recommended herbalist I see) recommend taking both forms of Cat's Claw for those with neuroborreliosis.
Many of the symptoms you've shared are neuro in nature and you would therefore benefit from Chinese Cat's Claw (Gou Teng) in addition to "regular" Cat's Claw.
In fact, I share with you my regret that I didn't contact a Buhner-recommended herbalist much, much sooner in my journey.
My treatment protocol has been streamlined for my needs and is much better targeted than what I put together for myself.
The 2 herbalists I called have very reasonable rates and do phone consults. I've only had 2 consults thus far totalling 2 hrs. worth of consult and the total cost was less than one regular LLMD appointment that lasted 15 minutes.
Here's a list of Buhner-recommended herbalists:
