For any of you that have used a Biomat, can you share your experience and brand that you recommend.

I've done the biomat and the PEMF mat. My experience with both is go low and slow. I tended to get overstimulated and had to do both for low timeframes.

The biomat you can do heat and/or the negative ion charges. I actually just returned one that I bought from Richway International. With the pad it was $1875.00. Really nice mat though.

The PEMF is excellent, but very expensive. I think it's like $5,000.00 +. I did this at the clinic I was going to in Florida.

Hi. May I ask where you went in Florida? Was it helpful? I'm looking into Hansa for my son.

When you say low and slow what happened for you? Did you see improvement? Did you herx? I found two on Amazon but they are $395/$595 I'm guessing they don't work like the $5K mat. Not buying that right now.

How many times did you use it?

Lifeworks Wellness Center. It was very helpful. I should have stayed longer than 5 weeks. I did PEMF 3-4x a week. Oh the PEMF doesn't have heat and which I prefer no heat actually. This was set to a sensitive setting for me. I started with 30 minutes but quickly realized that that was too much. I would sometimes be a little dizzy
afterwards. When I reduced it to 10-15 minutes, it was much better.

The PEMF and biomat can cause die-off so you should always start slow. Before I purchased the one through Richway, I did purchase one that they sell on Amazon but I went through the actual manufacturer. That one was $695 or so, but it wasn't helpful. It didn't heat up well and I really didn't feel any different.

The Richway, I had to go slow as it stirred up things. Since I had something to compare it to (PEMF and the previous biomat), I saw that it had potential. I just decided to send it back because I'm looking into other therapies and I really would like a PEMF mat.

Between the 2 mats, I had them about a month or so.

We purchased the Richway "Professional" amethyst biomat in 2010 for about $1400.00. They sell through distributors. As krimpet has mentioned, they cost a bit more today.

We felt that the biomat lived up to the claims made of it. I believe that it promoted overall healing and detoxification for Heather. It is important to realize that it is only one of many tools that would constitute an effective healing therapy. A biomat does not provide the entire solution to your problem.

We never turned the intensity setting beyond the mid range. I suppose that a higher setting would indeed induce herxing. The intensity setting and the length of treatment time depends entirely on the sensitivity of the individual. As has been stated, start low!

I used it at a practioners it did help with warmth and circulation ..mmmm amethyst..one lady on lymenet feels when she runs her violet wand thru amethyst she makes orgone ...itnis a unique frequency i must say
