anyone just get suddenly weak and light headed and shake?

Today I have felt ok besides being sleepy but not too many symptoms. I did just notice that I took my afternoon dose of adderall just 10 mg in the afternoon, 30 earlier, and all of a sudden I got weak and light headed and dizzy. Like my blood sugar is down, and I am shaking. This is something that happens occasionally to me sometimes later in the day and when I have been checked by a doctor even feeling like this they said my blood sugar was fine and if i was diabetic it would be high not low. So no idea what could be going on but its scary to feel so weak and light headed.

When was the last time you ate? If I expend a lot of energy and do not eat I can get super shaky.

I sometimes get so busy that I forget the time.

Grab a spoonful of almond butter.

Yes! This happens to me when my body is overloaded with too much die off or toxins in my body. Happened to me when I took too much for a parasite cleanse and happened to me last week from too much monolaurin with my Mc bar 1 and too Eas for Bart. Checked my blood sugar as well and it was fine. I felt weak, shakes, sick stormy stomache, scared. I ate anyways cus it feels like low blood sugar. Talked to my doc and she said detox can feel that way. So I eased up in the monolaurin and now I'm doing much better. Hope your doing better too. It's the worst feeling when that happens.

Also wanted to say I started a alkalizing detoxing greens powder and that has helped allot also.
