- 150mg ursochol every 12h

- buhner core protocol (Polygonum cuspidatum, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Scutellaria baicalensis, Unicaria tomentosa, Cordyceps, withania somnifera, Andrographis)
- burbur pinella

- 4.5mg ldn

I would like to contact the dr. David martz, can someone tell me what your email is?
Your protocol is missing the mefloquine (lariam) that is also in the one published article.
Mepron (atovaquone) is always combined with something when targeting babesia - many LLMD's use a macrolide or a tetracycline.
In the article, they have lariam. Maybe the cephalosporin isn't a good combo with the Mepron for the babesia component.
I don't know...just offering a suggestion.
