Rifampin and azithro is a good combo for bart.

I know two LL Dr.s who prescribe it.

blueberrymuffin a lot of LLMD's use the rifampin zithro combo. for me personally i've found zithromax isn't very effective for any of my bugs. biaxin which is also a macrolide didn't do much more for me either. i think the 3rd generation cephalosporins (e.g. cefdinir) and minocycline are superior but everyone responds differently.

So rocephin could have a effect on bart?

Chxarise -Alinia is a hard hitter , i heard it can hit viruses even but may just piss off babs ,had crazy emo herx like staighjacket crap
