Not sure if you're still looking, but you can check this site for a state-by-state list.

catchscooter- I am seeing a dr in bloomsburg pa. I am in chester county. It is about
a 2 hour drive for me. He is one of the original ilads drs. Can't say enough good things about
him. I find him to be brilliant. Although for now, he referred me to dr jemsek in dc because he feels I need iv therapy and he doesn't do that at his practice.
He doesn't do the herbal route if that is what you are looking for. For me, I took doxy/azith/plaquinel. Then doxy/azith/mepron. He is very supportive mentally and physically. Although he doesn't prescribe herbals, he tells me I can do what I feel I must do to help myself. If he has studies he shares them with me. He is constantly researching lyme and shares what he has learned. Brilliant!
What i like about
him is that he explains why things are happening. For instance, why I lost my voice, why I lost my hearing in one ear, etc. He explained to me (with diagrams I might add) why if I push myself one day, that the next day I crash.
He also had a very bad case of lyme and was diagnosed with als. He is better now and passionate about
helping others get better too. He gets it. He gets that sometimes you may want to give up. He can talk me off my ledge. He answers his phone personally and calls me back quickly if I need to leave a message.
He also referred me on when he felt I needed treatment further than what his office provides, as I walked into his office for my appt and was unable to speak. He immediately told me I need to do IV to preserve my voice. I will go back to him after the iv therapy is over and I am back on orals.
I can email you the his info if you would like...just give me a shoutout here.

if you can make it there is a pa lyme resource network support meeting in delaware county 3rd thursday of the month. very small group but good.
google palrn and their facebook page will list.
anyway, there are several doctors being seen and i think one of them takes insurance.
the llmd i see periodically is 45 minutes north northwest of Philly.
