i think ive created the very thing im stressed about, with my constant stress....
the odd thing is I am very well versed in mindfulness and eastern philosophy, but when youre health goes out the window, mindfulness is difficult when youre stomach is always aching and brain is always fogged....not sure of how im gonna get out of this
As your symptoms resolve...and over time you will start to feel better - psychologically.
Remember - anxiety can also be a symptom.
It was for me.
