I also have had long term drenching sweats, in particular at night, but at other times when my internal thermostat isn't working properly. If I went by what regular doctors have said, I am only definitely pos. for RMSF.
It's my observation of most of the posts I've seen on here over the past year is drenching sweats have been experienced by those infected with Lyme but they are, as Girlie said, a symptom of all three B's, and RMSF.
Have you looked at the symptom charts and calculated your symptoms from each one? It can be an eye
opener, even though there is so much cross over between infection types.
