Beyond Balance Cyflacalm

After about a year using Cyflacalm successfully, I couldn't take it because the capsule tasted like it had spoiled. I smelled the capsules and they smell horrible like very rotten eggs. I am in so much pain I actually considered taking it.

I called Beyond Balance today to report the problem and ask the remaining 68 capsules are replaced. As proof I am telling the truth I offered to send the spoiled capsules to Beyond Balance . Bottom line: Beyond Balance isn't standing behind the product. I heard a lot about how great their standards are and they've received no complaints. And all the ways they 'could' have spoiled at my house therefore, my fault.

I don't know what happened to my capsules but I do know I'm afraid to take these. Common Sense is they are not safe to consume in their current state. This product has helped me. I want to use it but I can't pay almost $100 for a bottle of 100 when I've only used 32.

Buyer beware.......if my experience is a pattern and the Cyflacalm spoils you'll likely get no sympathy and likely no help from Beyond Balance.

How long did you have it before it spoiled?

Once I ordered a supplement from a company and wanted to return it. I can't remember why but I had a very solid argument. I argued with a lady from the company on the phone on and off all day!!! I called back the next day and got connected with a new person, said new person didn't think it was a problem that I wanted to return it and thought my argument was valid. Problem was resolved in like 5 mins.

Bottom line, you could maybe call back and ask to speak with someone else

The bottle instructsto store in a cool dry place. I keep it on my bedside table. We have central heat and air so room stays at a moderate temperature. Would have happily put in refrigerator if label had instructed to do so.

There is no expiration date on bottle. There is a manufacturing date. I learned from Body Balance the products can be consumed 3 years after date of manufacture. According to my bottle I have about a year left before the 3 years period of use expires.
