If the wisdom teeth have a deep cavity or are causing an issue of deep gingival pockets/bone loss, which promotes infection, or are in some way having a negative impact on the second molars, then and only then would I have them removed. If they are impacted and have not bothered you at all, no pain, no infection, no cavity, then I see no reason to remove them.
