Doxy Tinidazole joint pain

Hello has anyone had increased joint pain while on doxy and tinidazole or any other treatment my pain has increased my right hand is killing me

I had increased pain all over while on Doxy alone, mostly because I had no idea about de-toxing to help my body rid itself of the toxins from the die off.

How's your detoxing routine coming along?

Those two did increase all my symptoms while I was on it. I never felt better and finally stopped once for a break and the second time for good.

Are you sure that it is joint pain?
Because I got nerve pain in ankle area when I was on Tini and I needed to stop. However, pain didn't stop. I still have nerve pain provoked by Tini.

sounds like a typical herx esp with the doxy/tinidazole combo both of these together have a synergistic affect (as opposed to additive). you can either up your detoxing and/or back down your dosage to something more tolerable. note when i was on doxy originally i toughed out the herxing for almost 2 months before i said Uncle and my LLMD lowered to half dose which was more tolerable. months later the same amount of doxy doesn't do anything meaning my bug load has been lowered. something to remember as you delayer the onion so to speak.

Thanks to everyone i have not done anything to detox this lyme us keeping from being on top of tyings yesterday was a good day i thaught i was getting better but today was not a good day my nees hurt and my hand feels like its about to twist off
