The best thing I have learned to do is adhere to the mantra "put my own oxygen mask on first."
I offer educated information, and I leave it to them, it is there path, and I respect where they are in time and space as frustrating as it can be. I drop little seeds, like I do with my spouse, when he complains about a "symptom" - I tell him, start on some Cats Claw, treat your lyme, two short bits and walk away. Ha, ha ha.
For some reason some people just don't want to know. I don't think until they are down for the count and feel like they are dying that they can get it.
