using few plum flower brands from 1st Chinese herbs also stephania plum flower However I cant afford everything from us or sage women due to shipping and customs vat charges ends up lot more than buying biulk herbs

From what I can see you are doing great on the ingredients. As for the amounts, that is personalized to each individual. On some herbs I got up to the Buhner recommended dosage and on some I only got half way. I based my dosage on how I felt.

I took one heck of a lot of pills (about 20) as vitamins and supplements and so I did most of my Buhner herbs in tincture form. Otherwise I am sure I would have gagged 3 times a day.

Our mod CD, had an appt with a Buhner recommended herbalist and he told her to go to four times a day. I believe his reasoning was this left less time in the body with diminished herbs.

This is all such a personal journey. But you do have all the herbs in the core protocol going very good!!

How long have you been doing these herbs? I ask because it may just take you a few months of this continued regime. Just guessing here.

So, you're only taking probiotics when you use the Flagyl? Am I understanding that right?

Be sure to store your herbs in glass and away from light and heat. Even the powdered herbs and those in capsules.

I've used Plum Flower brand of herbs and they seem to be just fine.
