I don't think that stuff that advertises it turns the water colors is useful at all. I think it's a gimmick.
A simple solution of one or two cups of epsom salts to a cup of hydrogen peroxide is all you need for a basic good foot soaking detox. It's cheaper too.
I use about
a cup of the salts, I don't even bother measuring.
Once you are used to this, you can advance if you want, to an entire bath soak to detox a larger skin area.
You will want to do a dry skin brushing first, in any case, to remove dead skin cells and
open pores. You'll need a natural bristle brush and a long handle works best.
You can order the natural bristle brushes on line, or get them places that carry bath accessories. I am able to get the tampico bristle brushes at a Big Lots store for under $4.
