Candida or Lyme?

My burrowing sensations are creeping back in. I'm wondering if these could be Candida symptoms too, or are they specific to Lyme? Also, what about muscle jerks,could those be Candida, or specific to Lyme?

When I say jerks, I mean when I'm just sitting here and one of my fingers, or arm, or leg just all of a sudden jerks. Super weird, and although I'm used to it, it still freaks me out and makes me cry when it happens, especially now that I'm losing senses in my feet I can no longer tell if they are warm or cold, unless I touch them with my hands. And the tiny pin sized numb spot on my big toe has spread to the entire toe, I've lost feeling in it. I'm not sure if these are Lyme or Candida or something else?

Any input is much appreciated. Feeling very lost right now

Are you positive? I always thought numbness and cold came from impacted nerves.

I think it can be both.

I've always thought my issues were more nerve than vascular....but I'm thinking that it could also be lack of good circulation...which can impact the way the nerves function.
Good blood flow is needed for healthy nerves.
