abdomen rashes/scar

I just got back from a tokyo trip which is quite possibly the most stressful exercise in terms of gluten, wheat intolerance and food labeling I could ever think of.

Needless to say there were quite a few times when I had to break the lyme food code of honor just to be able to get nutrition into my body and near the end of the trip I ended up with a rash appearing on the right side of my abdomen which itched and then later broke out in a scar appearing in a V and a l shape right on the right side of my torso next to my lower abdomen which is now scabbing up and burnt for about a day.

Anybody have any knowledge or tips, maybe bartonella or another. I've been worrying about my gallbladder which I might make a thread about but maybe possible links there or any alike experiences?

Looking at that link I can say I had a similar rash on the sides of my right index, middle and third finger in various periods, it stays for some time and then disappears. Another clue that I also might have some bartonella bugs in me.
