Its seems like theres a pattern different abx for different people but it seems like you Will know what abx works foro you within a short periodo if time when i read testimonies it seems like there treatment showed signs of improvments with in 3 weeks i remember with in weeks of feeling sick o was givin azythromicen because my doctor thaught it was a uti and by the next day i was better but it was a simple dose and i was sick again 8 days later then i was givin doxycicline for 14 days and it didnt do anygood then later i was givin doxycicline again for a what appearded yo ve a protatitis but then changed to bactrim and after 15 day i was feeling great note this is before i was diagnosed with lyme but my doctor said he could NT give me any more abx SO symptoms came back so idk if it was the combo of doxy and bactrim that helped me get better or the bactrim its self but has anyone noticed that some lymers take certaint treatment for months with no resulta switch to a different abx and notice resulta within 15 days

Your response to bactrim could be bartonella which teplicates every 24 to 72 hrs ...maybe babesia . .

my twithcing has subsided with rocephin and bee venom ..
now doing zith and rifampin ..not fun but effectiVe

Thank you bluelyme yes this lyme thing is a total mystery i took doxy for 14 days then after 14 days of bactrim i was 85%back to my self but i stopped the treatment and now im back on doxy and metronidazol Ive been on for 6 weeks and i dont feel nothing

Bactrim can hit all 3 B's (lyme, babs, bart) for me it hit my bart that was causing a certain symptom but not much help on a few other bart related symptoms. could be i have multiple BLO's hard to say what these dirty ticks carry around. right now i've been on bactrim for close to 5 months and if i stop it it takes about 3 days for my head issues to come back. i can only surmise its keeping the infection from growing but not eradicating it, yet. the plan is to keep going until it doesn't help anymore but so far so good.
