They make many of those herbs in capsule form to take as health support. I have seen them for years in the Health food stores.
Silver makes me nervous.
One other thing, I'm not sure about
the healing properties of the herbs we purchase in the grocery store. Contamination and over processing, impurities come to mind.
If you can grow these things at home (other than cinnamon), I wouldn't bother with tinctures, I would had them to palatable drinks or salads, or just in some cases, eat raw.
ETA: We need to know therapeutic levels. Some things would be dangerous to consume too much of, and obviously our normal uses of these herbs in food aren't enough. I see your purpose in the extraction process for tinctures now, but don't like the idea of alcohol being used for everything, so glycerin would have to be employed.
The capsules would remedy that too.
