Luckily, cholesterol is not / has never been an issue for me.
This whole 30 food diet is only for one month, then slow intro / trial re-entry of the typical inflamitory foods that we all eat - as a test though.
This is a more srict paleo diet. No chemicals, preservatives, no soy, legumes, milk-dairy, zero grains. Its all meats, eggs veggies, fruit and water.
I already feel better in less than a week with zero grains and dairy.
