Every year I make goals/resolutions. I didn't this year. I don't know how to plan.
Well let's make a wish list anyway.
I want to get back to exercising, back on the candida diet wagon, get my health to a point where I can travel - at least one small trip to see the ocean, take walks, keep the healing going in the right direction.

1. Get back on healthier eating now that the holidays are over.
2. Rejuvenate my motivation to kick Bart's butt.

I'm more general in my goals - get healthier. LOL! I intend to restart my schooling, restart my treatment for all of my infections, and to (hopefully) be able to do a bit of gardening and yard work this year as last year I didn't/couldn't do much at all.

Learn to knit socks (I love to knit and sweaters are my fave but I finally want to learn socks ). I have lots of knitting goals. ;) Stay on schedule with my kids homeschooling (already at a disadvantage, was going to plan today but migraine...).

Happy New Year to all!
My hope is that I remember to be grateful for healthy days. Try to laugh every day. Try not to get upset over little things, and everything is little compared to my son's health in 2015/2016.
I need to look sfter my own health a bit now that my son is not soo ill. I feel like I've aged 20 years this past year lol.
And make time to pay it forward and thank all the angels who have helped us.

A lot of great stuff on here.
Lymemomster, I'm with you. I have been under treating to care for my son and feel like I have aged at least 10-20 years.
Daisies, I'm sorry your son has missed so much school. What grade is he in? My son too. I don't even know what to do for next year - repeat, change schools, too much stress over academics on top of health.
Prayers and hugs to you all.

Daisies, I don't do yearly resolutions either. I am constantly resolving to do things differently or better as I go. Usually on a day to day basis.

I wish everyone a better year than ever. I pray that in this new year, we all find some answers or new information about
our illness's that can help us in our journey to the best of health.
For this new year, I am simply just going to be so much more grateful for the moments that I do feel better. I'm going to enjoy those moments to the fullest.
Thanks to all of you for having this forum available and Happy New Year.
Sincerely, Jo

I don't typically do New Years resolutions either. I just normally wish and pray for good health, joy, and blessings for myself, my family, and others. So to my forum friends, I wish this for all of you!!
