I pan stir-frying veggies on low with olive oil, sea salt and garlic powder.. Cut up mini-sweet peppers (not hot at all) and onions are scrumptious this way - cut up celery too is more tasty this way vs the raw "bark" taste LOL.
I found the milk issues in cow yogurt to easily override what few (low) probiotic benefits are in it. Just another marketing scheme for the dairy industry as more people are aware of its highly inflammatory proprieties. Cow store bought yogurt NEVER made meal digestion easier for me, just the opposite was true, how bogus. Bloating , gas ect. No longer the case without dairy.
Almond milk , unsweetened, is my milk today. Soy milk is mucousy and not good for you anyway, a vegetarian invention disaster for the human body.
I could die for a tasty pizza. I will have to slowly experiment with goat cheese in an introductory "experiment" in the future.
I have seen some very tempting looking pizza 'crusts' made from roasted cauliflower. This morning on The Kitchen someone prepared a fried rice with cauliflower sent through the food processor until reduced to fine 'grains'.
I keep bringing cauliflower home to try some of these, but as soon as I do I can't stop myself from making a cheese sauce for it, or covering it roasted with shaved Parmegiano.
I must have been a mouse in a past life. I love it more than chocolate.
