If you had vitamin tests, did you show deficiencies in amino acids, which ones? How did you treat for it?

I've done several tests. For vitamins and minerals I did Spectracell. I wasn't aware at the time, but this can be purchased online w/o a doctor order. It gets to the cellular level, not what's floating around in the blood.
For amino acids, I did the Genova ION profile. I think it had other things included too.
Both of these tests provide supplement recommendations at the end of the report.
For the amino acids they recommended having a compounded formula, however I never did that. I just decided to do collagen as it has all of them.
For the Vitamin deficiencies I started taking those that I needed. I actually will redo this one on a couple months. They recommend that you retest in 6 months. Mine has been over a year and change....I've just been doing Vitamin checks via bloodwork, but I know it's not as good as the cellular test.

I had Spectracell too and it said I was deficient in Asparigine, an amino acid. It is a non essential amino acid, meaning it can be produced by our body and not usually needed through food.
I was thinking of taking a combined nonessential amino acid supplement because I don't think they sell free form asparagine...but I'm not sure...if anyone had experience with this, please let me know... I think this deifcincey may have something to do with the fatigue and could help immune system

According to this it is formed from other amino acids and does not need to be directly supplemented.

I did the Spectracell as well. So interesting - I was low in everything that Lyme likes to eat!
