Yes, I'm pretty well comfortable with the naturals at the moment. I'm a worry wart when it comes to chemicals. Also, I am shying away from xanax or anything like it since reading an article about residual tics from certain kinds of anti-depressants. That info is in a link, not in my mind right now, or I'd share the concern. Ran across it helping someone else, and found out why I have had certain problems with whole body rigidity, and a couple other things.

I love fresh pineapple and actually enjoyed a really good one over the New Year weekend. Must get more.

LOL, I'll go watch you on youtube, I find your voice and manner relaxing. Will do on the char cap.



chicknorris, I actually have never pined for a vacation in Hawaii! Unbelievable huh? I wouldn't mind some warm sand and beach though.

Mary Bob, it would be better if you would have posted the herbs you were taking to help you, rather than a link to the clinic that you've now said cured you completely of COPD/Emphysema and earlier, Parkinson's Disease.

I want you all to know, this thread is going to be my place to come to feel better when the nerves go. This morning I awoke with a headache from my oxygen concentrator. I think there has to be something toxic in the air, because that is the way my body felt, like my nervous system had been poisoned. But as this day wears on, the headache is gone at least.

Sorry to hear your feeling so crummy July. Your posts have helped me alot so I thank you for all you do to contribute here. Take time to rest and feel better. This too shall pass has become my new mantra so I hope that it passes for you very soon.

July could it be because of some chemicals? My mother cleaned bathroom few days ago with some new thing, oh my God, I felt awful, that smell was not intense, it was mild and nobody has any problems, but I felt sick whole day.

Chemicals are a big problem with me, for sure. I had to put my foot down so hard a few months ago about using bleach cleaners in my home, I might have put a hole in the floor, lol.

I've had a houseguest male friend here to help us both out the last few years and it's very hard to get things through to him.

I can't remember now, although I had a set back either yesterday or the day before when his little portable propane heater was leaking additive in the air....did I mention that above?

For sure chemicals don't help, but stress is the worst. I have had PTSD since I was a little girl. If Lyme attacks pre-existing issues, that would explain the huge increase in that since I was infected.

Most of the time, lol.

July, I am more of a lurker than a poster but I am SO sorry for what you are going through. I think about the strength that it takes to get through a day with these symptoms and feel like it is the most heroic thing on earth... Add in the stress of the slings and arrows (and nuclear bombs ) of everyday life and HOLY COW. I am hoping that things settle down for you and that life becomes easier...way easier. You deserve it! .
