Parasites?

How would you know for sure if parasites are a big part of your problem? Are stool tests even accurate?

My kinesiologist told me I have a parasite problem. I don't think it will hurt to do a cleanse, but obviously applied kinesiology isn't exactly a proven science, so just wondering how others were diagnosed.

You almost certainly have parasites and almost certainly you health will improve if you deal with them.
Stool test are a waste of money-find a doc or NP that treats parasites as part of their business.
You may just treat parasite-I don't believe there is a downside

I did parasites tests with my Dr after a medical intuitive told me I had them. The tests came up negative. I took the Dr Hulda Clarke remedy anyway - its a herbal combo of black walnut, cloves and wormwood and by the 10th day I could see all kinds of dead critters in my stools. Drs only test for a few known parasites and everything else is ignored. I did only one cycle of the cleanse every six months but noticed the problem hadnt gone away with one cleanse. Some parasites are very resistant. They are there because lyme creates digestive problems and weakens your stomach acid. The stomach acid in a healthy person kills them. To get rid of them completely you have to improve your digestion. Otherwise you are reinfecting yourself. Definitely dont eat shellfish they carry the worst of them.

I am assuming I have parasites cos I have Lyme. I'll treat on that alone. I'm taking food grade diatomaceous earth. It takes care of parasites and other evils such as allergies, chemicals, gmo's, and metals too. I'm doing this at the same time as cowdens
