What kind do you use and what dosage?

Hi Purrriankitty,

I take NutriBiotic. I'm never sure what dose. I just started taking it again. I have been taking 2 - 125mg in the morning and 2 at night. I'm not sure it's enough.

I also want to know what others do.

I was thinking about it, but decided to to take them, because some brands were contaminated, so I didn't want to take a risk.

I use NutriBioic the drops- 10x3. I also use biocidin drops- 10x2.

Some thought it was only the additive in certain brand that made it effective? ...i also heard it onky works in the gi tract ...dr mr has it listed .. i think bee venom doest care which form the buggers take

I also take NutriBiotic. Started slow with a few drops, then ramped up to 20 drops twice a day.
