I used to do several of the recommended detox things, like dry brushing, Epsom salt baths (occasionally hot), lemon water, detox tea.
But......over time, I stopped thinking about them, thus stopped doing them. I think it was because I didn't "notice" anything from doing them. This was either before I started closely tracking my "good" hours per day, or I never tried to correlate the two, so I don't know if I had much I'll say medium-term effect from them - but anecdotally, I don't know that there was. (I *notice* over time when I go on or off of tinidazole, plus it shows up in my hours graph; that's about the only thing that has clearly so far.)
I don't "notice" an immediate lessening of symptoms, either ("Oh I feel so much better now that I've brushed my skin off" e.g.), over the short term (5-10-20-60 min). But I'm sure that at least some of those things do some good for me, I just ..... can't see it.
I am also not the most self-aware person, either, so the deficiency could be in ME, not in the detoxing. Short term, I feel better after lying down for a while if I've been up, etc, but nothing obvious from any detoxing per se.
So the short version - what do you notice, what do you feel, when you detox? And how long does it take? Lessen specific pains, clear foggy head, more energetic, etc. etc.??
Thanks!
