Lyme since 2011 with no treatment yet, searching for LLMD in Europe (possibly California)

I live in Norway and the people here recommend traveling outside the country for treatment that follows the ILADS guidelines. The two countries they recommend are Poland and Germany. Since I will need to travel regardless of where I go, I am searching in any country in Europe for a reputable LLMD in Europe. I also have family in both Northern and Southern California so I could travel there if needed. My backstory is this:

In 2011, I was 99% sure I had a erythema migrans. It was clear as day. about 10cm in diameter to the outer ring with a 3cm red dot in the middle on my thigh. Unfortunately, I never took a picture of it. I saw a doctor who I believe wasn't sure what he was looking at and he sent me away. No blood test, no antibiotics. I never got the flu symptoms so I put it out of my mind. I thought if something strange ever happened to me then maybe it was Lyme after all. The past 6 years I felt fine, maybe a little more tired after 6pm, a little more sick than usual, but I have a 3 year old son so I thought that was probably the reason. Then three months ago I started getting muscles twitching all over my body (legs, stomach, hands, lips, eyebrows, inside my ear). I took a blood test and discovered I was positive for Borrelia IgG antibodies (negative for IgM). So this means I have an old infection or active infection? My other symptoms are buzzing sensation in my fingers/feet, ringing in my ear, shocks on the back of my leg, stiff calf muscle, pain in forearm, stiff neck, swollen submandibular gland.

Does this mean I have Neuroborreliosis now? Does Lyme go away without antibiotics?

​As Psilociraptor said, an IgM result means that you have an active infection. It once was thought to mean an 'early' infection, but has since been revised. IgG means that the infection is at a later stage.

You will want to find an ILADS trained doctor, as ID Docs (Infectious Disease Doctors) believe Lyme is hard to catch and easy to treat, and don't believe in the reality of chronic Lyme. And, yes, Lyme does heal without antibiotics (abx), if you use other alternative therapies that have been proven to work well. I also have used herbs only to heal, and since I've been reinfected, I'm using the again to heal myself. The choice is yours to use pharmaceuticals to treat, or alternative means.

But, there is something else you should be aware of, it's likely you have more than just Lyme going on, because it's very rare for just Lyme to be passed during the time of infection.

She means that ticks carry a multitude of infectious organisms and many if not all of us acquire several of them each time we're bit. It can complicate symptom pictures, diagnosis and treatment so it's always good to be aware of. Some of the more well known ones are ehrlichia, babesia, bartonella, anaplasma, mycoplasma, rickettsia, powassan virus, tularemia, coxiella, coltivirus, etc. Don't be freaked out though, a lot of them respond to the same treatments and particularly herbal protocols tend to target many species of microorganisms like viruses that antibiotics can't. And not all of these are problematic for all people. Sometimes treating the lyme alone allows the immune system to mop up the others. But sometimes it doesn't. So we just like to be aware here that lyme is one disease among many that ticks spread. You don't have to have the obvious symptoms of these others either. Sometimes when you read symptoms online they only mention the obvious ones. But those are usually extreme cases. For example I have ehrlichia and babesia but only symptoms of lyme disease. At the microscopic level they facilitate each others persistence by collectively shutting down immunity. So they may still be relevant to my healing even though i don't have "air hunger" or any of the obvious signs of babesia. Or they may not. There are so many factors involved. You'll learn all this if you stick around And especially if you read Buhners book... lol I swear i'm not paid to advertise it. Its just that good
