The thing is that it's not known what all affects the numbers on the CD57. So saying that when you reach a certain level, you can stop treatment is a little like Russian roulette. You are taking very high chances that you still have too much bacteria in your body for the immune function to handle, so the person risk a fairly high chance at a relapse.
