Also, and I don't have the link for where I read this, but you should also start out with temps lowered to 105F-110F, for the same above reason.
And always keep in mind that the longer you're in there and the more heated your body gets, your own cell walls begin to die right along with the spirochetes. I MUST find that link.
I know, it just felt so good...I love love dry heat. I thought that I'd hate the sauna because I pictured a steaming sweat box. But it's dry and warm and lovely. I will ease myself into it though.
