And really sick, nausea, vomiting, diahhrea.

After 3 day of total detoxing, I started cowdens back up at half dosage.

I'm going nowhere fast.I guess I'm herxing all over again.

Back to protein shakes and bone broth.

Any ideas? See llmd next week

I think you should give your LLMD a call. This isn't good. I'd stop again. Longer breaks are sometimes necessary. And you may need to go back on at an even lighter dose. There is nothing wrong with that. But all that sickness will not help you heal.

I concur with ChickNorris. Call your LLMD or not, your body needs longer than 3 days to recover, and by all means lower the dose more, back to 1/4-1/3.

PK have you thought that perhaps you don't need the full protocol? I don't know what your symptoms are at this point that you are trying to eradicate but I'm thinking your body is trying to tell you that "all" of what you are taking isn't necessary or needed. It's revolting.

You'll be less sensitive if you give your body some rest and chance to detox. It's like filling a clogged sink. Once you're at the top any tiny amount that you used to tolerate will put you over the edge

I don't know if this is a flare, herx or possibly a result of my totally screwed up body anatomy.

1/2 large intestine
No appendix
No gall bladder
2/3 tummy

My brain fog is off the charts, the electric buzz in my head is horribly intense, nausea, vomiting, diahhrea that no prescription drug or OTC is helping, my whole lower back is on fire and horribly achey, and the usual horrible fatigue. Thanks everyone

It sounds like you should be doing nothing but trying to calm your body down. Did your doctor ever recommend LDI? It sounds like your body needs to be retrained in how to deal with the infections. You were on abx for awhile, so perhaps you could try LDI.

I've got a call in, I'll bring it up.

I've been on ldn 4.5 for 6 months. My last cd57 NK was 128 up from 45 a year ago. I know this test isn't necessarily used as an accurate gauge on progress but I think it does show setting is improving. But if I'm so sick, I guess none of that matters

That's great on the CD57 test. But just goes to show that the number can't dictate or predict healing. But nevertheless it's a useful indicator. I have to test mine again in a month or so. I'm just looking for any progress (again as an indicator).
