Modified Citrus Pectin vs. Activated Charcoal. Is there one you prefer and why? I have heard good things about both.
I'm starting abx next week and want to be prepared. Also, when is the best time to take them? I know you are supposed to take them 2 hours away from everything else, but between all the supplements (some I need to take with food, some between meals) and having to eat, I don't know where I can find a 4 hour window.
Also, how much do you take?
