Breast Pain?

So my new llmd thought a lot of my symptoms overlap with babesia. I didn't think I had it personally because I really dont get night sweats or hot flashes, I do sometimes get the chills though. So I started malrone on Friday morning, then last night i woke up all sweaty and since yesterday my breasts are killing me, like it feels like someone punched them really hard. Wondering if it's herxing and maybe i do have babesia? Geesh why would I hope to just have bart and lyme. Although I cant really complain I seem to be making gains.....hopefully they last!
