I just chugged some unsweetened almond milk- yes, right from the carton. I'm addicted to it. Once you go almond, you wont go back.
Its delicious, very refreshing, low sugar, no milk tolerance issues, no pregnant cow hormones, and............ zero "milk mucous" tmi, yes, but so true.
I eat one hard-boiled egg every morning with a array of non-breakfast stuff: handful of nuts, sausage stick, carrots ect.. Bannana too.
I boil 6 eggs every sunday night with a tad white vinegar (peel way easy then) for 14 minutes, then directly to cold water. Just did some brown eggs, thinner shells! They seem more prone to cracking too. Weird.
