So is the Permethrin non-toxic to humans?
Well, I was about
to post about
that, because from my recollection Permethrin is made from chrysanthemums.
In my early to mid 20's I worked in the office of a place in St. Louis that used permethrins as their base for insecticides/pesticides for commercial use, including food processing plants. The firm was called "The Huge' Company".
Long "e" sound at the end, not silent.
Anyway I was looking up the company to make sure, and found out that the last
location that they had (I worked at the original and moved to the last one with them), is now a Superfund site.
Not one of the top 10 Superfund sites, but one nonetheless for hazardous (and toxic to humans) waste.
We in the office always did wonder how the plant employees could stand that smell. I wonder if any are still alive?
So, I don't know if it was the by product of production that was toxic, or the end products themselves.
Edited for crappy use of the English Language, lol.
