yes, it works for me. But take it with xylitol they work together. I put 2 teaspoons of xylitol in a glass of water with lemon juice which made a nice biofilm busting lemonade otherwise it's way too sweet. get the birch xylitol the corn is gmo. And keep it away from pets it's highly toxic to dogs.
my llmd had me take lactoferrin &xylitol twice a day for a week, every other week. DETOX!!!!!!
May also need to start small with the xylitol as too much too fast can result in diarrhea. But it does work for me.

It also depends on what you're using it for. Lactoferrin has several uses.

I frequently see the xylitol/lactoferrin combo for biofilm busting.
I know Dr. J. prescribes it.

Also be careful because lactoferrin can build up your ferritin levels so you want to make sure that your levels won't swing too high.

My doctor and I were just discussing this today. If you take colostrum the lactoferrin is in it, so you can get it that way also.

i did this for a few months back in early 2016 after infection for biofilm busting. can't say i noticed anything from it since my symptoms seem completely random.
