Everytime I get up to 8 drops of JK I have a hard time breathing....really bad. I dropped down to 2 drops this morning and will add another 2 drops this evening. I have been trying to up the JK for 2 months. What is going on?

Are you okay on 7 drops?

If so - I think you should stay there for awhile,

Everyone's "dosage" is different - you don't need to get to the higher dose for healing to happen

You could try raising it again by a drop in a month.

No, Girlie, I am not really good at 7 drops but I was trying to hang on. I think I will stay with the 2 drops and up the dosage slowly. I do have methylation problems so that could be the hindrance?

That's one thing I haven't attributed to the JK, because I always have that, regardless.

We all react in different ways and some aren't able to adjust to certain substances and must try something else.

I've been off my knotweed and other herbs several days. This thread spurred me to take them, and out of curiosity I'm not going to titter back, I'm tired of the up and down thing. Matter of fact I counted my Milk Thistle drops in first, and by the time I got to the JK, counting drops had hypnotized me and I accidentally went beyond my 30 drops. I am not going to dump it all and start again. Oh well....this will be a good experiment!

I don't do high drops of JK. I only do about 12 drops a day.

I'd almost forgotten. I think I'd better get busy on the detox! Among other things my neck just popped real loud when I turned my head to the left. Usually it's a much quieter scrunch.

Breathing difficulties is one of my worst symptoms but nothing compares to the JK experiences, unfortunately. Thanks for sharing your stories.

I'm wondering if you should take it. Cut it back down as was suggested, for another trial. Keep it at 2 drops each dose until that symptom clears...stay at that dose for another few days and then only increase by 1 drop for a few days. See if you can stay clear that way. If not, you may have to give it up and try something else.
