Online or app symptom tracking?

I really need to keep track of my overall crappy feelings as well as my boosted up herxing feelings. I have a pain tracker on my phone but it's hard to make notes on it. And not all my symptoms are pain, as you all know. I don't really want a hand written journal, some days my hands hurt too much to actually write.

Chick, I used an excel spreadsheet.
I would be happy to make one for you.
Just tell me what categories you would like and I can create it and send it to you in an email.
Date, Meds New, Meds Quit, Symptoms Appeared, Symptoms Gone

I can make it with any categories. On mine I had to have B/P Pulse as a category because the doc knew I had white coat syndrome and wanted those home stats.

When you click on the link it brings you to a "view" of the file;
Then you have to click "open" at the top of the screen to "open with Google Sheets"

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MODIFY/USE THE FILE WHILE IT IS IN GOOGLE DOCS—I'm indicating that it is readable only but once you download it to your hard drive, you will be able to use it normally.

3. Click on "File" at the top menu bar

4. Click on "Download As"

5. Then choose "Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)

6. And then once you find it on your local hard drive, you can use the file.

Just bumping because I found this really helpful! Exactly what I was looking for.

For an iPhone app I've found Symple.

Still learning it but, You can choose from a list or create symptoms. It has four times of the day to tag them.

It has alerts for reminders.

The factors are meds or activities (moon phase, weather) to create for the day, I've figured out I have to create Rif Am and Rif Pm for each specific time per day.

It has a journal to add thoughts comments etc

It also a has a graph but I haven't figured that out yet.

I keep it in excel too, as the bottom part of my med/supplement checklist, so I track what I take and then rate the symptom categories. Periodically I graph the symptom ratings, which makes patterns evident. I added a comment cell for each day a while ago to note other things like unusual activity, weather, weird symptoms, etc. It'll be cool to see what someone else did - thanks!
