Hi ...
I'm experiencing g this new symptom that isn't going anywhere... Yesterday/ last night I though I was going to loose my arms or something...

At any rate...
I'm looking for herbs for those things.

Bruhner says gotu kola for the arm heaviness. Anyone tried this?

How about herbs for the numb tingly and straight up shaking hands arms???

Also any ideas if this could be a coinfections?

This is very scary for me. I appreciate any input.

I'm thinking herbs for the nervous system would help.

This could be bartonella...or it could be lyme IMO

herbs: chinese skullcap,Lion mane, Kudzu, greater celandine, motherwort.

Thanks. I started chinese skullcap but haven't found the complete herbal monograph in bruhners book. I took it yesterday and before bed. Woke up I middle of night with both arms trembling like electricity. Is that a good sign that it got worse? Should I keep up with it or drop back. I'm scared of it now- kind of.

Omg thankyou all. I'm at a loss for words to describe your kindness and generosity . I soooo appreciate it. I'm at one of my lowest with this. Well one of my lowest. Scared that u can't take care of my children. It was all easier before when I could lay in bed and cry. Kind of.

well, if I'm taking an herb for symptom relief...I certainly don't want it to ramp up my symptoms (i.e. herx)

The ones I am taking or have taken:

Kudzu, Greater Celandine, ALA, L-Cysteine, - with no ramping of symptoms.

I've heard good things about Lion's Mane.

How much did you take?

So, I just read that chinese skullcap has anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties.

So that may be the reason it affected you that way.

Ok. I did a half dropperful. I guess I'll do a few drops.

Did you do any herbs specific for tingling trembling hands arms that worked?

My arms hands have been twitching and acting up for about three weeks. The pinky twitch doesn't ever stop. It's all getting worse. It feels like my whole arm is more pulsating than a regular twitch. My natro doesn't seem to really know what's up in general.. Although I haven't called this time.

I didn't do it for the trembling, tingling... I did have tremors early on, but they resolved before I took the herbs for nervous system issues.

Have you tried magnesium for the twitching? It didn't help me, but others' have found it helps.
..and you need to take more than 100 mg daily...

I take Magnesium glycinate - it is highly absorbable and less likely to cause diarrhea.

I was taking 400-600 mg daily.

Start off lower and work up.

Half a dropper is about 15 drops...so maybe go down to 3 drops and see how that goes.

...or try something else.
