Do you have a good functional medicine doctor? That can indicate a few things backed up in the methylation pathway which can impact detox in a number of ways. I think for most people it's a CBS gene mutation that slows it up, but please correct me if i'm wrong. If that's the case you could be glutathione impaired and that will certainly make it hard to heal from Lyme. In the following link you can see the pathway and where homocysteine falls. The blue is the gene associated with the enzyme that converts one substance to the next. The letters next to the arrows are the coenzymes that aid the reaction. So you can see B6 might help in this case. But B6 is also one of the ones you don't want to take too much of. This is the sort of a thing a good functional medicine doctor is helpful for. I too have high homocysteine though not quite as much. I don't know that it's associated with Lyme so much as nutrition, but i wouldn't be surprised if it all played a role.
