TEST RESULTS; Lyme, Bart, Babesiosis; Need Some Help

I've taken dozens and dozens of tests over the past year and a half, here's some of my most recent. My worry is that my physical symptoms are worsening. And a month and a half ago, I'd stopped a few antibiotics but a week after cessation my weird symptoms returned. This is troublesome and frustrating. DO I still have an infection if I went from being positive to negative for Lyme?

So my recent tests don't really show much. I'm on the borderline of being reactive for some, most coming back negative. That's good but I still feel terrible, more so in some cases than I did a few months ago. My joint and neuropathic pain is a lot worse.

Also, tested IND for lyme in March 2016 and positive for Lyme IFA and had a high titer count for Mycoplasma IgM in July.

The tests aren't indicative of symptoms...but of immune response. (antibody tests)
Were you on antibiotics just prior to the recent testing?

I know sometimes Dr.'s suggest not being on them...

We are supposed to be off of all abx treatments for at least 2 weeks before testing - but even then it all depends on the strength of our immune function.

This is why repeated testing isn't done - it just doesn't help. If the immune function is not up to where it should be, there will be little to no response on the tests - and the test results will change, even though a person still has symptoms. If a person still has symptoms, then regardless of the results of the tests, the person still has the infections.

Antibody reaction tests only indicate antibody response to the titers used by the lab. Which is Igenx is rated higher - they use a wider range titer. All the tbd's that we are fighting are competent at downregulating the immune system to produce fewer antibodies. Which is why you test out "slightly pregnant" with some of the critters. Treat the symptoms. The tests are not reliable.
