bloating/distended stomach/pain in ribs

I have Lyme, Bart, mycoplasma, EBV, RMSF treated with doxy, natural supplements and had to stop azithromycin due to side effects. I currently have terrible bloating and pain in ribs. I used to have chest pains and shortness of breath but those have not stopped but have improved. Stress test, EKG, chest xray are all good. I now have so much bloating, discomfort in my upper abdomen and ribs, and my belly is HUGE! Has anyone else experienced this? I have a good LLMD but she's far away. I will finally see her next week but this is worrying me. Thank you!
