Andrographis??? Which is better....Buhner says...

Trying to purchase all my stuff for Buhner protocol. In his 2nd edition book he recommends using capsules not tinctures? He says use the 600mg pills...any thoughts and what brand is good and has 600mg per pill?

Dragon Botanicals has Andrpgrahis in the 375mg pill?

Drez, a hint when buying herbs. Buy the first dosage in as small a container as you can. Just in case you have some type of reaction, you are not out a huge amount of pills or tinctures.

You have a lot more control over the tinctures dosages unless you are great at cutting pills or taking capsules apart and making smaller doses.

I did Andrographis and did not notice it tasting that horrible. But, by the time I got to Andrographis, I already had about 8 herbs in that glass with water. Chugging down the stuff was not fun and I would shudder after each chug..... But, it is what got me well.

Whether pills or tinctures, you will find that you take one heck of a lot of stuff a day! Another reason I did tinctures was because I took a handful of supplements daily and I just didn't want to add more pills. It was hard to get 20 pills down each morning some days.
