lyme and pelvic/gyno issues

hello!
Not to make anyone uncomfortable, but I was wondering if any females with lyme have had pelvic/gyno issues? I have "BV" that won't go away for three months (which BV comes and goes, but mine does not, so is it really BV?), pelvic pain near the midline and sometimes even up to my tummy, lots of pressure. It also felt like a UTI at times, but knew it wasn't one. This started and doctors couldn't find answers for a while and I happened to stumble on lyme on a blood test. I tested negative for STDs, and I was paranoid about any sort of infection being covered by Lyme. I saw my families LLMD, and also brought up the concern of mycoplasma genitalium/hominis after doing much research on my symptoms. I am now on doxy 200 x2 a day and moxifloxacin 400 x1 a day. Also supplements. My symptoms have gotten a little better, doesn't hurt when I pee. Still all the pelvic pain and vaginal issues. My LLMD said she's never heard of this, and should see a gyno. Ive seen about 7 diff ones, all just writing me off saying that its just IC and BV. How is it actually BV if mine has persisted? I am so frustrated and so sick of this taking over my life-I have started losing everything trying to deal with this. Has anyone had a similar experience? I finish moxi in about 5 days, and I'm scared that I'm stopping it too soon (with antibiotic resistance and all). Its terrifying because the only thing anyone can put their finger on is Lyme, and thats difficult enough to understand and treat for each individual. Any help is appreciated ladies!

Side note: i am also taking tons of probiotics geared towards women. Also, one gyno wants to possibly perform a laparascopy, is this a good idea? It will give more answers, but Ive read somewhere that surgery is dangerous with lyme. Ive had a few, all during having lyme and everything went okay i guess, who knows? I didnt know i had lyme at the times.

I know that Bartonella can definitely cause IC (interstitial cystitis), and many women with Lyme have BV, although I've never found anything linking it directly to Lyme, but to other opportunistic infections that we often have when we have Lyme.
