Shaking!

I just ran out to bring in trash cans. It's 40ish but not horribly cold.

I don't feel cold but I'm shaking uncontrolably. Thinking back this happened one time awhile ago when I got out of a warm bath into a cool room. I don't even know how I'm typing this. Anyone else? This had got to stop

Also ... maybe related? My head buzzing is off the charts

It's possible that your body just isn't responding well to your surrounding (ambient) temps. Do be sure to put on warm clothes in layers, and wrap up, drink hot/warm liquids. You can slide a heating pad in under the wrap to help you warm back up.

It's in the 40's here too, and there's no way I would go outside even quickly at this point without being "appropriately" dressed (for me, that is!) - it would take me hours to warm back up!

Temperature disregulation is aggravating. It hits me irregularly. Foot sensitivity as well. A detox bath that isn't really hot feels boiling to my feet but not to sit in. Over dress as a precaution.

For me - when I get cold it starts my nervous system symptoms to flare - so I get the vibrations and non-cold shivering ramping up and then sometimes my nerve pain too.
