This anxiety that comes and goes. Like clockwork in the www hours of coming to consciousness in the morning. Before eyes open... Lasts until up out of bed.
Then sometimes but not always another burst of it in later afternoon.
What is the infectious mechanism going on here?
I feel like I would need to keep a supplement or something under pillow. If I knew what that supp was I'd gladly do it.
I don't know if I'm making sense but the anxiety is just awful. Tried a few things now and no help.
Next going for pasqueflower and or mothers wort .
Thanks for reading .
Ps. I left messages for two bruhner herbalists. Not Julie. And neither returned calls. No hard feeling just an fyi... They both live close to me so I thought that would be a good for me as I'm doing it mostly on own and wanted some help.
This forum is great. I thankyou all from bottom of heart. May you all heal.
I get something similar before I'm even fully awake...just waking up...eyes still shut...wave of anxiety. I also sweat and my pulsatile tinnitus starts.
Mine stops when I get up out of bed. And if I set an alarm because I have an appointment...I often don't get it.
My LLND thinks it's a surge of cortisol.Or it could be a surge of adrenaline possibly due to low cortisol. Have you ever had a cortisol saliva test done? Do you wake up at around 3am?
Lyme can cause adrenal insufficiency that’s why I’m asking. I’m sure I have had Lyme for a long time and that’s what caused hypothyroidism and adrenal insufficiency. Since I’m on hydrocortisone I don’t get the before eyes
open anxiety. However, I still have the fatigue, anxiety and brain fog one hour after waking up.
