Just had my first massage, then had a 1/2 an hour in a infrared sauna.
Wow boy did it help !!! now looking to get my own. Near, mid and far infrared help with pain, etc..

I have one, got it from Costco. It's nice, I try to use it everyday. I don't feel any immediate benefits for any of my symptoms but I do it anyway because it was $ and it's supposed to have all these benefits and maybe it's a long term incremental improvement thing I'm investing in health wise. I like the warmth though. I'm always cold so that's nice too.

I go once a week to a place in Hollywood - nowhere to put one if we bought it. I like it and think it totally helps. Go easy at first.

I have one, I love it. I have been using it almost everyday - I got it 6 weeks ago. I feel like I am making more progress with detoxing. I believe it will make a difference over time.

I got a Costco one a few weeks ago and find it helps a ton with pain usually gives 3-4 hours of relief sometimes I seem to get aches after but still feel way better.  Its amazing how much sweat comes out of you.

Does anyone find that the sauna exacerbates their joint pain? My knees always hurt more and are stiff coming out. I do it anyway because it's supposed to bring relief.

Detox the body-boost the immune system and increase circulation-its a very good thing to do.
