Cumanda good substitute for Enula?

Hi y'all I've been away in NOLA for a wedding but I'm back ;) I'm starting my Dr. J protocol and Enula is part of it so I ordered it but it came while I was away and was stolen from my front porch. I have to order another one (and file a claim with USPS) but in the meantime can I take Cumanda in its place? Both are anti-microbials so I would think so. Welcome any thoughts. Thanks.

After reading about Enula I think its primarily for the babesia. Dr. J. seems to really hit babesia hard given the high doses of mepron and artemisinin so this is probably an add on to that.
