CD57 (HNK1 Labcorp) test discount online order? Anyone?

Direct labs USED TO have this for $125 online payment, and you went to a labcorp location for blood draw..

I'm looking for a similar good price to do this again, paying myself, not thru Dr.

Labcorp direct pay is prob 150-200 or so.
