tinctures efficacy when diluted?

No...you're taking the same amount as recommended so it's not changing the strength.

If you aren't herxing, which can be a good thing as well as bad depending on how you look at it, you may need to take a higher dose if it is suggested safe, or you are detoxing enough, or it's not hitting anything yet.

Are you on full suggested doses and for how long?

Since I did not herx, I kept a journal of my symptoms and watched them fall off my charts.

Actually, what really happened was this... I would all of a sudden one day think, "gosh, my feet don't feel like there is glass in them any more." I would look on my journal and I had not mentioned my feet for a whole week.

Lyme for me was sneaky. It seemed to me that it was constantly moving around my body looking for places to take up residency. Anyway, in my mind, this is how I envisioned it. I just kept to the program and took my protocol.

It was like a game of war and I was out flanking the opposition. I outflanked them with good food, protocol, detoxing and most of all positive mental attitude that I was winning. Believe me there were days when I felt like I was losing, but I said aloud "I'm getting better."
